Your data

Your fridge, your data. No ads, no analytics, no trackers, and we never sell it. Here's what we hold and how to stay in control of it.

What we hold

Your email address, the items and shopping list in your household, who's in that household, and anything optional you've switched on (push alerts, a fridge panel, or a connected app like CookNext). That's it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Change your email

Go to Settings → Account → Change email. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address to make sure it's yours before the change takes effect.

Get a copy

There isn't a one-tap export yet. If you'd like a copy of your data, email hello@eatfirst.app from your account address and we'll sort it out.

Delete everything

Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account & data. This removes your account and your household's contents. It's immediate and permanent, so export first if you want a copy.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no ad networks.
• No analytics or tracking cookies (so no cookie banner).
• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
